We are excited to announce our next project is Factory Globe by Jamie O’Connell. We were impressed with her poem on Cacti Fur and now she’s getting her own chapbook. That’s how it works these days.

Here’s a snippet of Jamie’s verse and a homemade postcard by me and my 7 year old to go with it.

Fly through the atmosphere,

sending down debris.

Wallow away cacti into ocean trash.

An island inside an island,

an eye inside an eye.

I melted into your pupil, you melted

your blue iris into my blue brain.

We swept up your dust petals,

& sent postcards to the desert

to pray for trees.
